As a licensed clinical psychologist, Dr. Stewart is dual-trained to treat children and adolescents, as well as adults. She uses evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Transdiagnostic CBT, exposure therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She specializes in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), social anxiety, panic attacks, excessive worry, depression, and trauma-related responses such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She also provides parenting support for parents of children and adolescents with anxiety disorder, OCD, and behavioral concerns.
Dr. Stewart works collaboratively with each client (and his or her family, if appropriate) to provide individualized assessment and a comprehensive treatment plan to best meet your needs. Her goal is to help you live well and feel better.
